There are exciting seeds of change being planted in West Philadelphia at Play On, Philly!, an after-school music program at the St. Francis de Sales School. Last week, Play On, Philly!’s Executive Director Stanford Thompson was a guest on WHYY’s Radio Times, along with author Tricia Tunstall and documentarian Jamie Bernstein.
